HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all dads, but especially to my dad, Rob (a great dad to chalmers), and Rob's dad. I'm lucky to have some pretty cool guys in my life.

Miss Alisa

Happy (belated by 1 day) birthday to my dearest friend, Alisa Alm.  It was a match-made-in-heaven the day we met in the RB and then shortly after signed up for all of the same health classes.

She's pretty great and I wish we could always live 10 minutes away from each other.
